The Chau Giang II Industrial Park was approved under the 1/2000 subdivision construction planning according to Decision No. 1755/QĐ-UBND dated December 18, 2024, issued by the People’s Committee of Ha Nam province. The project covers an area of 250 hectares with a total investment capital of nearly VND 2,872 billion, of which VND 435 billion is investor equity. Once operational, the park is expected to create approximately 17,000 jobs. The Chau Giang II Industrial Park will be implemented in several phases:
January – April 2025: completion of investment approval procedures
April – September 2025: finalization of administrative procedures, site clearance, and construction preparation
September 2025 – September 2028: infrastructure development and land clearance
From September 2028: completion of infrastructure construction and commencement of operations
