Yen Binh 2 Industrial Park was approved for investment policy under Decision No. 1310/QD-UBND dated April 29, 2025, issued by the People’s Committee of Thai Nguyen province. The project forms an integral part of the province’s strategy to develop a key southern industrial zone cluster.

With a total investment capital of VND 3,650 billion, including VND 565 billion (15.48%) of investor equity and VND 3,085 billion in mobilized capital, Yen Binh 2 Industrial Park covers a total area of 299.07 hectares. Notably, the project reserves at least 3% of its total industrial land area (approximately 6.14 hectares) for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), supporting industries, innovation activities, and other eligible beneficiaries under government incentive policies.

Thanks to this prime position, the park benefits from a modern and well-developed transportation network, including the Hanoi – Thai Nguyen expressway, which provides convenient connections to National highways 18, 1, and 5. III. Infrastructure of Yen Binh 2 Industrial Park

Yen Binh 2 Industrial Park is designed with comprehensive and synchronized infrastructure, ensuring stable power and water supply systems, and a telecommunication network developed to meet modern standards.

• Internal road network: The park includes internal roads with right-of-way widths of 28.0 m, 21.5 m, 20.0 m, and 16.5 m, providing smooth traffic flow and efficient access throughout the area.
• Power supply system: electricity for Yen Binh 2 Industrial Park is supplied from several 110/22kV substations, including: Yen Binh 6 substation: capacity S = 1x63MVA. Yen Binh 7 substation: capacity S = 2x63MVA. Yen Binh 8 substation: upgraded from 2x63MVA to 3x63MVA. Phu Binh 2 substation: capacity 3x63MVA. Additionally, the park can draw supplementary power from nearby 220kV and 110kV substations to ensure reliable and continuous power supply.
• Clean water supply system: The total water demand of the industrial park is approximately 9,900 m³/day-night, sourced from the Yen Binh Water Plant or other local water supply systems.
