Subsequently, the project’s 1/500 detailed master plan was approved under Decision No. 4368/QD-UBND dated July 18, 2024 by the An Lao district people’s committee. With a total investment capital of VND 479.582 billion, Cam Van Industrial Cluster covers an area of 34.88 hectares. The project consists of two separate zones located on opposite sides of Provincial Road 362, with the following development timeline:
Zone A: site clearance and land allocation are expected to be completed in Q2–Q3/2024; construction to be carried out from Q4/2024 to Q4/2025; operations expected to commence in Q1/2026.
Zone B: site clearance and land allocation are expected to be completed in Q3–Q4/2024; construction to be implemented from Q1/2025 to Q4/2025; operations scheduled to begin in Q1/2026.

Internal road network: main roads zone A – 28 m wide; zone B – 22 m wide. Internal roads: Width ranges from 10.5 m to 18.5 m. All internal roads are asphalt-paved and constructed in strict compliance with national standards, equipped with aesthetic high-pressure lighting systems ensuring safety and functionality.
Power supply system: 09 transformer stations (22/0.4kV) with capacities ranging from 1,000 to 1,200 kVA; 09 backup generators with capacities of 500–600 kVA. Rooftop solar energy systems installed on over 170,000 m² of roofs, contributing to clean energy use and sustainability.
Clean water supply system: water source from Quang Trung Water Plant (23-8 Water Supply and Drainage Co., Ltd) with a total capacity of 15,000 m³/day-night for the entire cluster. Storage tank: 720 m³, water is distributed to each factory’s boundary via international standard piping systems.
Wastewater treatment system: Central wastewater treatment plant capacity: 450 m³/day-night. Treated wastewater meets Column A – Value C standards as specified in QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT (Vietnam’s National Technical Regulation on Industrial Wastewater) before being discharged into the receiving source.
Fire protection system: Firefighting reservoir: 1,000 m³. Equipped with a high-pressure pump station ensuring effective fire safety across the site.
Telecommunication system: Underground communication cable network connected to each factory’s boundary. Fully equipped to meet all communication needs, including private branch exchange (PBX), international calling, video conferencing, leased lines, high-speed Internet, and email services.
