Nam Tan Tap Industrial Park was added to the national master plan for industrial park development under the Decision No. 1107/QĐ-TTg dated August 21, 2006, by the Prime Minister, and its 1/2000 zoning plan was approved under Decision No. 3912/QĐ-UBND dated October 26, 2020, by the Long An provincial people’s committee (now Tay Ninh province).
Subsequently, the project’s investment policy was approved under Decision No. 1240/QĐ-TTg dated August 20, 2021, by the Prime Minister and officially established under Decision No. 9267/QĐ-UBND dated September 22, 2021; by the Long An provincial people’s committee.
With a total investment capital of over VND 2,590 billion, Nam Tan Tap Industrial Park covers a total area of 244.74 hectares, with potential expansion in Phase 2 through the adjacent Tan Tap Industrial Park, which would bring the total area to 654 hectares. The project has an operation period of 50 years, starting from the date of the Investment Policy Approval Decision (August 20, 2021 – August 20, 2071). Construction is expected to begin by the end of 2025 or, at the latest, in early 2026.
Designed to become the first green industrial park in the region, Nam Tan Tap Industrial Park aims to attract high-tech investment, create a safe and sustainable working environment, and contribute to environmental protection. The project will be developed in three phases: eco-industrial park ,carbon-neutral industrial park and net zero carbon industrial park.

Nam Tan Tap Industrial Park benefits from a highly connected transportation network, leveraging major routes such as the Ben Luc – Long Thanh expressway (part of the North-South expressway), ring road 3, and ring road 4, facilitating rapid trade between the Southeast and Mekong Delta regions.

Corporate Income Tax (CIT): applied in accordance with the current tax laws.
Import Tax: 0% import tax for the first 5 years for high-tech projects encouraged for investment, 0% tax on profit remittance abroad.
